Got out this evening after work, along with Dave "like a whippet" Daniels. A fast paced cycle along the canal up past Pontypool to Goytre Wharf and back, adding another 22.5 to the odometer.
The only problem with the nice weather and cycling along the canal... Gnats, thousands of em. I took my revenge on the little bastards though, I must have swallowed about 50 them!! What?? It's free food!!
