Maaaan I'm knackered. Just got in from taking on Twmbarlum, 23.5 miles in 2 hrs 47 mins. My legs are aching big time!! Was only going to do the usual canal trail to Cwmcarn and back but decided to go up to the Pimple and along the top of Twmbarlum, down into Pontypool then home instead.

On my own today so had the mp3/radio unit on and just went for it!! Was well worth the effort:

Made up for not going out yesterday (as I said I was going to!!), ended up spending the day looking for houses instead. What a joke that was!! Seen the house prices lately??
