Got out this afternoon and took on Twmbarlwm with 4 work mates. Dave "like a wippet" Daniels, Julian "Demon Legs" Wilkinson, Carl "i can jump anything" Thomas and John "where's the pub" Larcombe).
Only a short 13 miles but the hills and off-road terrain made it feel double that. My legs are actually aching today!!
I managed to fall off in true stuntman style (including the roll) at the bottom of a pretty steep and fast rocky section, smacked my knee good and proper :(
Still up for a 30 miler tomorrow, just hope the weather holds out!!
